Job Title: Automotive Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our customer service team as an Automotive Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, responding to their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Service Coordination: Communicate with customers to establish their vehicle's service or repair needs, creating comprehensive quotations and promoting relevant service packages.
  • Relationship Building: Foster sustainable relationships with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing effective solutions to enhance their engagement level.
  • Job Follow-up: Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs, keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide accurate information and alternatives to handle customers' requirements and complaints, capturing feedback and presenting findings for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the Customer Service Manager in evaluating and improving current practices and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCE 'O' Levels / NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Skills: Strong inclination to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
