As a Data Centre Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our data centre operations across multiple locations. This includes responding promptly and efficiently to all alarms/alerts set in various systems, such as DCIM, SAOS, CCTV, ACS, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive data centre operations support across multiple locations.
  • Respond effectively to all alarms/alerts set in various systems.
  • Provide detailed analysis and intelligence of critical incidents to resolver groups.
  • Maintain accurate records of alarm handling activities, including actions taken and resolutions.
  • Coordinate incident response efforts as an incident commander when needed.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of technical elements associated with IP Networks, DC Environment, and Server Health.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with minimal direction, meet goals, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player.
  • Baseline working knowledge of data protection policies, such as GDPR, and the need to keep sensitive information secure.
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field, and minimum 2 years of experience in command center, service center, or similar 24x7 operations center environment.
