Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and structured data centre environment.

You will assist with IT support tasks and escalate issues when needed. Additionally, you will handle hardware inventory, RMA processes, and equipment tracking. You will also monitor systems and ensure proper data handling and device disposal. Furthermore, you will liaise with vendors and maintain up-to-date records. Lastly, you will follow security and safety procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or data centre operations.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT hardware.
  • Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications.
  • Experience working in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing.
