Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up on all program inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling of training sessions with CRM, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Handle transactions, payments, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, managing operation flow and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage all customer service requests and queries, providing prompt and courteous responses.
  • Plan and manage customers' programs, events, and activities, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a cheerful personality, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A working knowledge of marketing and CRM is a plus.
