IT Training Events Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an event management specialist to join our team. As an event planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing event strategies to achieve business objectives.
You will negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and arrangements, conduct thorough research to identify suitable venues and vendors within budget constraints, collaborate with management and staff to discuss budget and expectations, manage logistics, oversee the entire event process and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and arrangements.
- Conduct thorough research to identify suitable venues and vendors within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with management and staff to discuss budget and expectations.
- Manage logistics, including venue bookings, permits, and booth setup arrangements.
- Oversee the entire event process, from planning and execution to on-site supervision, teardown, and reporting.
- Analyze post-event performance data, customer feedback, and insights to inform future event decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in event management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Diploma in Events Management/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
