Electrical Contract Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled contract manager to oversee the tendering process, contract management, and compliance for electrical projects. This role involves developing, coordinating, and submitting tenders for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is desirable, along with contract management certification and relevant industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management: Developing, coordinating, and submitting tenders for electrical projects.
  • Contract Administration: Managing electrical contracts, including contract review, negotiation, and administration.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensuring compliance with contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with electrical contracts and tenders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical Industry Experience: Proven experience in contract management and tendering in the electrical industry.
  • Contract Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract management principles, including contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
