About the Role

This is a highly experienced professional who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of our advice process.

The ideal candidate has previously worked as a Paraplanner, Financial Adviser, or Financial Planner and is comfortable delivering high-quality technical and client-facing support without the need for close supervision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare detailed financial planning reports, including suitability letters, cashflow analyses, and technical summaries.
  • Conduct technical research across tax, pensions, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Analyse and compare products, platforms, and providers to support adviser recommendations.
  • Prepare client meeting packs and post-meeting action notes.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a Paraplanner, Financial Planner, or Financial Adviser role.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies.
  • Proven experience with cashflow modelling software.
  • Confident in writing high-quality reports that are clear, accurate, and client-friendly.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex cases.
