Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Key responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, preparing annual budgets, and performing variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

In addition to their technical expertise, our Financial Operations Specialist will be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in finance or accountancy. A degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
