Financial Operations Specialist

Mondrian Singapore Duxton is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the financial management of the hotel. This role is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Analyze financial statements, variances, and operational trends.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability.

Accounting & Reporting:
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and ledger maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Prepare financial reports for hotel ownership and corporate leadership.

Compliance & Controls:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Implement and monitor hotel financial policies and procedures.

Cash Flow & Asset Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital.
  • Manage
