Job Title: Strategic Technical Director

Job Description

The role of a Senior Technical Leader involves providing strategic direction and technical expertise to project and site teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of design engineers in collaboration with consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Reviewing and resolving technical issues, monitoring work progress for building and civil projects, and ensuring quality control measures are in place.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager/Project Director on overall planning, BIM coordination, construction methodology, and checking of drawings.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with all parties, communicating clearly with other departments, and ensuring timely resolution of conflicts and discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in construction projects.
