**Job Summary**:As a Company Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of the organization. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- **Stakeholder Relations**:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations.
Implement risk management strategies and policies.
- **Team Leadership**:Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. A master's degree is often preferred.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably as a director or in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business development.
- **Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
