Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

A successful Commercial Contract Manager is required to lead a team on commercial operational matters, managing key aspects including:

  • Evaluation and negotiation of cost/scope for procurement and award recommendations.
  • Contract administration, providing contractual advice, handling issues, and resolving disputes.
  • Evaluation and certification of contract progress and variation claims, payments, and final account settlements.
  • Project budgeting and cost control to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants to achieve project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in civil engineering projects, such as PUB and/or LTA projects.
  • Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior positions.
  • Proficient in industry-standard contracts, particularly PSSCOC.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Articulate and possess a digital mindset.
