About the Role

We are seeking a Business Architect to drive our front-to-back digitalization agenda through cloud and AI innovation. As a key member of the COO F2BD team, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to co-create scalable, intelligent solutions that support our operational strategy.

  • Architect end-to-end solutions that align with our F2BD strategy and digital operating model.
  • Translate business objectives into architectural designs that leverage Microsoft Azure and AI capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to embed automation and AI into business processes, improving efficiency, resilience, and client outcomes.
  • Ensure architectural alignment with our enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and risk controls.

As a Business Architect, you will work closely with business leaders to deliver capabilities that are not only technically sound but also aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations.

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a strong understanding of business process transformation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and AI/ML platforms, including GenAI, M365 Copilot, and enterprise AI assistants.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles such as Domain-Driven Design, data architecture, and quality attributes.

You will be part of a strategic team at the heart of our digital transformation, working closely with business leaders to deliver impactful solutions.
