Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to support our records digitisation initiatives and e-Registry implementation project.

This exciting role offers an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation in healthcare records management.

  • Lead vendor relationships for large-scale records digitisation project
  • Oversee daily digitisation operations and team performance
  • Develop quality control processes
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Coordinate records preparation, including metadata indexing and file organisation
  • Analyse filing systems and develop digital file plans
  • Gather user requirements and contribute to system development
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Implement risk management strategies
  • Design and deliver training programmes
  • Develop communication materials for staff engagement
  • Guide staff through the transition to digital systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in records management or digital transformation projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and risk management
