Digital Innovation Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a Digital Innovation Specialist to support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role involves driving innovation, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing intelligent digital solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of IT proficiency, data analysis capability, logical problem-solving skills, broad business domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will collaborate with SMEs to assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digitization and automation. The specialist will design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to business needs and work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SMEs to assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
  • Design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver digital innovation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable in IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with an ability to manage changing priorities and iterate quickly.

Analytical & Cognitive Skills:

  • Strong number system understanding and data literacy.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
