**Digital Transformation Expert Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our clients' automation and analytics journey. This key position requires strong leadership and project management skills to drive digital transformation initiatives in leading organizations.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience at a consulting or technology organization, with a proven track record of delivering projects in Automation & Analytics.
  • Certification in one or more technology products is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering quality work are also required.
  • Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client portfolios and projects across various industries.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology domains such as RPA, Analytics, Cognitive Automation, Process Mining, Low Code Apps, and Cloud.
  3. Be involved in originating and driving discussions on Centres of Excellence, building internal capability, and driving organizational change.
  4. Work closely with Sales teams on pre-sales activities such as customer presentations, process discovery workshops, and prepare proposals.
  5. Manage standard project management activities around scope, timeline, quality, resource, and budget across multiple projects.
  6. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure that projects deliver value expected and maintenance is up to expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience at a consulting or technology organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects in Automation & Analytics.
  • Certifications in one or more technology products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering quality work.
  • Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills.
