Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to spearhead the digital transformation of government agencies.

The ideal candidate will be able to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, drive adoption and run marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage/engage government agencies, strategize & plan, drive adoption, execute marketing campaigns & events, and create reports.
  • Evaluate and pinpoint sustained competitive advantages amid changing marketplaces.
  • Work closely with product managers to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for products/programs.
  • Run events, workshops, webinars, and build business use cases for opportunities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and respond to user queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing – email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI.
  • Experience in planning and executing events.
  • Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Able to understand technical concepts in IT product management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of engaging and managing stakeholders (Business and IT).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years in IT related project rollout implementation.
  • Familiarity with leading search tools and knowledge in Machine Learning and generative AI technologies.
