Happiness Initiative PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager for Well-being to join our team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering well-being programmes for schools to improve the well-being of their students or staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver research projects and programmes to help clients achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations
  • Manage, train, and upskill our pool of facilitators to deliver impact-driven research projects and programmes
  • Track impact of research projects and programmes
  • Prepare and present Impact Evaluation Report
  • Drive innovation to improve the quality of research projects and programmes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology
  • Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
  • At least 1 year of relevant research and programmes implementation experience
Selection Process:

Please note that there will be at least 2 interviews if selected:

  • 1st Interview (45 mins, Online) to get to know each other
  • 2nd interview (3 hours) where you will work on mock programme delivery
