Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PCR, hybridisation, library preparation, next generation sequencing, and other advanced genetic laboratory applications.
  • Analyse results to determine interference, inhibition, or other problems that arise during extraction, amplification, or sequencing of nucleic acids.
  • Verify the performance of clinical assays through quality control and validation activities.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance according to established policies and procedures.
