Molecular Biology Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Biology Specialist to join our laboratory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, including genetic testing, and assisting in the analysis and interpretation of test results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology and genetics, with experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) techniques. You will be required to perform NGS library preparation, sequencing, and validate assays to ensure reliable and high-quality sequencing data. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including genetic testing.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of test results.
- Prepare and validate NGS assays.
- Document and maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field.
- Experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) techniques.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology and genetics principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
