Job Title: Senior Corporate Secretary
">Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients, handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, onboard new clients, liaise with statutory bodies and other third-party business partners as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
- Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
- Attending and drafting of minutes of general meeting, board and board committee meetings
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
- Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure
- Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant regulations
