The Program Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to project managers, including managing demand forecasting and fulfillment for the program/project. This will involve creating and maintaining a resource loading sheet (RLS) and overseeing the resource requisition process, including sourcing and interviews.

You will also be responsible for tracking resource leave management for project resources, assisting in vendor resource onboarding, and supporting new project initiation activities.
