We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Guest Experience team. As an Assistant Manager, Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
- Deliver prompt, personalized responses to guest inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with confidence and discretion
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for hotel information and local area insights
- Accurately manage the processing of packages, messages, and mail
- Keep Concierge materials and digital tools up to date
- Cultivate relationships with local partners to gain access to exclusive experiences
- Assist with luggage and package storage and retrieval
- Use internal systems to record preferences and track special arrangements
- Support administrative duties such as managing e-attendance and overtime reporting
- Lead daily Concierge operations in the absence of the Chef Concierge

Requirements:- A certified member of Les Clefs d'Or with prior leadership experience in Concierge
- A leader with emotional intelligence and the ability to mentor and inspire others
- A deep understanding of the guest journey and commitment to crafting meaningful touchpoints
- Strong local knowledge and passion for uncovering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
