Job Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Human Resource Administrative Assistant to support our HR operations. This role will be responsible for assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, providing administrative support, and maintaining employee records.
About the Role
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate employee records and process HR documentation with discretion.
Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time position working from Monday to Friday with flexible hours. The salary for this role is $19 per hour.
