An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and detail-oriented Part Time Office Support Specialist to join our team at LUMI MORTGAGE PTE. LTD.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, handling various tasks such as sending letters and gifts, following up on queries, and managing schedules. Additionally, they will assist in data-entry preparation for meetings, posting advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media, and have basic editing skills on Capcut.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative duties for clients' management, including sending correspondence and tracking queries.
- Organizational matters, such as taking minutes, managing campaigns and schedules, filing, and scanning documents.
- Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Data-entry preparation for client and organizational meetings.
- Posting advertisements and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Social Media platforms.
- Able to perform basic editing tasks on Capcut.
- Fluency in English language.
- Good attitude, initiative, meticulousness, and strong teamwork skills.
