Job Description:

CWMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Support Specialist to support our team during maternity leave.

About the Role:

  • This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week, with regular office hours from 9am to 6pm.
  • You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining personnel files, and updating internal databases.
  • We require an individual with excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities to support recruitment efforts, liaise with external partners, and ensure legal compliance.
  • In this role, you will also assist with work pass applications, monitor expiry dates, manage disciplinary and grievance issues, and perform ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard and offboard new hires while ensuring all necessary documents are completed and up-to-date.
  2. Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel files, including employee records and other relevant information.
  3. Update internal databases to reflect changes in employee information, job roles, or company policies.
  4. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  5. Liaise with external partners, such as suppliers or contractors, to maintain positive working relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
  6. Monitor and update work passes, ensuring that all employees' permits are valid and compliant with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  7. Manage disciplinary and grievance issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Perform various ad hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration or a related field.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Thorough knowledge of MOM laws and regulations, including employment laws and workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding efficient solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Estimated Salary: SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
