Senior Client Advisor Role in Taiwan Market

The company is seeking a high-caliber candidate to fill the Senior Client Advisor position for the Taiwan Market.

This is a unique opportunity to support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team in a dynamic and growing area. The region remains a key center for growth, presenting significant opportunities for our partners and us to develop and broaden our businesses together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team, developing and maintaining long-term relationships through professional/personal networks and contacts.
  • Operate in both banker and investor capacity, handling/coordinating with various teams on overall account inquiries/maintenance as well as investment-related aspects.
  • Articulate and deliver strategic messages to your portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes. Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks.
  • Partner with clients, updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.
  • Collaborate with other integrated team members to provide high-quality client service.
  • Keep track of clients, assets under management, and revenues using internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.
  • Work together with other teams to meet compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and comply with internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in wealth management space, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience and proven track record in acquisition success for the Taiwan market, and well-versed across all asset classes and investment products.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management business in Taiwan with deep understanding on Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin essential to support Chinese-speaking clients from Taiwan.
  • Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills, showcasing ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to drive sales agenda and operate with strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients and internal partners across multiple countries and regions to drive sales agenda.
  • Candidates must have willingness to travel frequently.
