Job Title: Accommodation Co-ordinator


As an Accommodation Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of room reservations. This includes responding promptly to enquiries via email and/or phone, handling credit card information and charges for all prepaid reservations, and coordinating with operations for guest special requests.


The role also involves inputting and updating reservation information into our system, as well as managing corporate, air lines and group bookings. Additionally, you will be required to follow up and monitor on advance deposits or prepayment, assist in promoting and upselling rooms to increase revenue, and manage 'No shows' in conjunction with Front Office.


To succeed in this role, you will need a NITEC qualification or higher and relevant working experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is your ability to multitask and demonstrate strong time-management.
