Speaker Experience Manager

The Global Finance & Technology Network is a not-for-profit organisation established to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships.

We are seeking an experienced Speaker Experience Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the speaker database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate. They will liaise with confirmed speakers and their teams to complete their onboarding process, arrange travel and accommodation (if applicable), and set up content preparation calls (if applicable).

  • Speaker Management: Manage the speaker database and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaison with Speakers: Liaise with confirmed speakers and their teams to complete their onboarding process, arrange travel and accommodation (if applicable), and set up content preparation calls (if applicable).
  • Inbox Management: Manage the Voices inbox(es) and respond to queries from speakers in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Event Preparation: Work closely with the entire project team to ensure that the events are delivered to the highest standards.

General Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of speaker-experience and content-related activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire project team to ensure that the events are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.
