Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Fleet Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving shipboard and training operations for Disney Cruise Line.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring high standards of marine safety and environmental protection through the development, implementation, and monitoring of consistent policy for training procedures and training delivery/application plans.

The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge and depth understanding of the industry, company, and ships' training systems and operation. They will possess excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and analytical skills to correctly manage the training operations and strategic planning for the development of operational and professional training programs.
