The role of Marine Fleet Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of vessels within our fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vessel management, from preparation for inspections to managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) implementation.

Key responsibilities include tracking and managing vessel operating costs, planning and executing drydock/special survey activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. In addition, the Marine Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all soft copies of class, flag, and other vessel documents are uploaded into a shared drive, and that all hard copies are well documented and accounted for.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring vessel trading certifications and information are up-to-date, publishing safety memos, monitoring safety cards, and conducting deck crew trainings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, reliable, and cost-conscious, with a good understanding of vessel management principles.
