Marine Fleet Engineering Management Job

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in the marine industry, driving innovation and excellence in fleet engineering management.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deploy a team of specialists to carry out maintenance and repair work on marine crafts;
  • Update senior management on daily manpower deployment;
  • C Coordinate with operations teams for repair and maintenance, providing feedback on craft readiness;
  • Promote fleet innovation and newbuild projects;
  • Review inventory and propose recommendations for spare parts;
  • Plan and monitor equipment maintenance schedules;
  • Engage external stakeholders for scheduled docking and project management;
  • Develop plans for team learning and development, performance, and discipline;
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve targets;
  • Foster a conducive working environment with key managers;
  • Maintain proper documentation records;
  • Identify emerging technologies for operations improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the marine industry;
  • Good cross-discipline knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering domains;
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics diagrams and symbols;
