Global Administrative Operations Manager

At WENET SGP PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily administration and operation of the office.
Job Description- We are offering an attractive salary of SGD $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in co-working or shared office management. You will be responsible for planning and implementing global administrative and general affairs management systems, including establishing standard forms, meeting SOPs, introducing clerical tools, and ensuring facilities upkeep.
You will also manage procurement and replenishment of office consumables, stationery, and supplies, as well as provide logistics support such as room booking and preparing beverages. Additionally, you will be responsible for diary management, arranging appointments, and booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant experience in co-working or shared office management (3-5 years)
- Developed global administrative affairs and property management capabilities
- Project management experience is a plus
- Office renovation experience is a plus
