Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interview processes for vacant positions.
  • Managing employee data and company insurance.
  • Preparing employees for assignments through orientation and training programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee information.
  • Handling travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and visitors.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of Employment Act regulations.
