Job Title:

Regional HR Manager - Overseas Placement

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all regional locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Use various tools and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and attract skilled professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership teams.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and compliance matters.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Oversee performance management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in recruitment and 3 years in a generalist or HRBP role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR operations across multiple sites or business units.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
