Full Accounting Cycle and HR Executive

Our company is seeking an experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including processing invoices and payments, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets to ensure financial stability.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, employee records, and staff welfare.
- Recruit new staff through job postings and interviews.
- Handle administrative matters related to MOM, CPF, and IRAS, such as work pass applications and renewals.
- Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in using accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics - Navision or Business Central 365.
- Must have a degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent certification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in both full set accounts and HR duties.
