**The Opportunity**

As part of the Finance & Accounts team, you will report to the Manager - Finance & Accounting.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
**Customer Collections Management**
- Allocate collections based on various payment modes to the accounting system.
- Handle cash or cheque collections and banking.

**AR Financial Transactions**
- Handle daily financial transactions including issuing invoices and debit/credit vouchers.
- Managing used car transfers, customer deposits, and void receipts.
- Process for the customer refund vouchers.

**Collaboration with Operations**
- Liaise with operational staff on receivable matters such as invoicing and collections, providing necessary advice and support.

**Currency Revaluation**
- Perform system currency revaluation during month-end closing processes.

**Journal Preparation**
- Prepare and post monthly and quarterly receivable journals as part of the month-end closing activities.

**Reconciliation Activities**
- Conduct receivable and bank reconciliations at month-end.

**Reporting**
- Generate receivable aging reports and analyze by department for month-end closing.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly consolidated financial packs and tax package schedules.

**Stock Taking Participation**
- Participate in quarterly and annual stock takes as required.

**Finance Transformation Initiatives**
- Participate in new accounting systems implementation.
- Take initiative in finance transformation efforts.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
