Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs for guests. Delivering exceptional front desk services is crucial in providing a memorable experience for our guests. Your role will involve efficiently assigning rooms, handling administrative tasks with precision, and processing guest payments with attention to detail.

You will collaborate closely with bell service and staff management to guarantee smooth operations. Additionally, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information on hotel facilities and room amenities. Accommodating both general and unique requests is essential in enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests.
  • Deliver exceptional front desk services to provide a memorable experience for guests.
  • Efficiently assign rooms and handle administrative tasks.
  • Process guest payments with attention to detail.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Working knowledge of OPERA cloud would be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Patience and good listening skills to understand and address guests' needs effectively.
  • Flexibility with rotating shift, including overnight shifts and working on weekdays and public holidays.
