Senior Operations Director Position

About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to drive operational excellence and performance across our organization. As a visionary leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, strategic alignment, and initiatives that enhance academic delivery, student services, and institutional growth.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of educational operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and institutional KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all operational aspects, including operation support, academic, HR, finance, marketing, and facilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and institutional KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management.
  • Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across departments.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Represent the organization in external partnerships, accreditation bodies, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience (min. 8–10 years) in a senior leadership role within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of educational operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing within the Private Education sector is considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational leadership, change management, and team development.
  • Master's degree required; Master's in Business Administration, Education Leadership, or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation ability.
