  • 5+ years of experience in business development within fintech, wealth management, or investment banking, with a focus on algorithms, risk management, or quantitative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, risk assessment models (e.g., VaR, stress testing), and investment strategies (e.g., factor-based or AI-driven portfolios).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis; familiarity with programming languages like Python is required.
