Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Preparation and processing of lease documents
  • Tracking lease documentation status
  • Maintenance of accurate and timely lease data in SAP
  • Assistance with rental billings and management of the Point of Sales system
  • Monthly billing of tenant's gross sales turnover and adjustments of audited/certified sales report
  • Preparation of Tenancy Information for property tax submission and assistance with tax queries
  • Provision of tenants with sales data and performance
  • Uploading of yearly budget rents in SAP and submission of URA quarterly reports

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Real Estate/Property Management
  • Knowledge in SAP an advantage
  • Preferably with Lease Administration experience
