Job Title: Administrative Coordinator for Entrepreneurship Events">

The SPiNOFF Entrepreneurship Centre is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support administrative functions and coordinate logistics for entrepreneurship events and internal operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of these activities, which include liaising with vendors, managing registrations, preparing event materials, handling logistics, and providing on-site support.

The successful candidate will assist in aligning internal processes by drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly related to event operations. They will also help sync and consolidate various spreadsheets and documents used across the teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors to arrange necessary resources and equipment.
  • Manage event registrations, handle tickets, and provide logistical support during events.
  • Draft and update SOPs related to event operations to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Help consolidate various spreadsheets and documents used across teams to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience working with youth or a willingness to engage with young entrepreneurs.
