**Job Title: Business Development Manager for Youth Entrepreneurship Initiatives**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in nurturing entrepreneurial spirit amongst youths and supporting those embarking on their own entrepreneurial journey.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with relevant skills sets may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to a committee focused on promoting youth entrepreneurship.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders from Institutes of Higher Learning and community on programs and activities that promote and support youth entrepreneurship.
  • Plan and execute an annual awards ceremony to recognize outstanding achievements in youth entrepreneurship.
  • Organize events to facilitate networking and developmental opportunities for youths.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our youth entrepreneurship initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
  • You are meticulous with details and demonstrate exceptional work ethics.
  • A plus to have some knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
