Job Title: Assistant Manager, Youth Entrepreneurship

At the heart of our organisation lies a vision to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit amongst youths and support those embarking on their own entrepreneurial journey. As the Assistant Manager for Youth Entrepreneurship, you will play a pivotal role in driving this mission forward.

  • Provide secretarial support to our Youth Entrepreneurship Sub-committee, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning and community organisations to develop programmes and activities that promote and support youth entrepreneurship.
  • Plan and execute the annual National Youth Entrepreneurship Awards (NYEA), showcasing the talents and achievements of young entrepreneurs.
  • Organise networking opportunities and developmental activities to facilitate growth and learning among youths.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive activities beneficial for youth entrepreneurship.
  • Track the effectiveness of our youth entrepreneurship activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a similar capacity or relevant skills sets for fresh graduates.
  • Unquestionable work ethics and attention to detail are essential.
  • A plus to have domain knowledge of the startup scene, but passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies is paramount.
