Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC systems specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various residential and commercial air conditioning and mechanical ventilation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with the operation, maintenance work, installation, repair, and diagnostic work of various ACMV equipment.
  • Able to perform tasks such as wall plug installation, drilling work, equipment mounting, dismantling, copper pipe cutting, flaring, joining, brazing, and electrical work.
  • Skilled in the usage of industrial vacuum cleaner, water pressure jack, blower, multimeter, various spanner and screwdrivers, hot gun, brazing tools, copper flaring tools, welding tools, manifold gauge, pressure regulator, refrigerant pump down machine, and leak detector.
  • Proven experience in belt replacement and pulley aligning work, PVC pipe and trunking installation, metal tray or metal plate installation, variable frequency drive operation, installation, setup, adjustment, termination field wiring, water pump strainer cleaning, cooling chemical cleaning and steam cleaning work, condensate pipe service, replacement of chilled water actuating control valve, and replacement of chilled water fan coil unit and air handling unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ACMV equipment and systems.
  • Strong communication skills with customers.
  • Ability to supervise and manage sub-contractor to perform work at the site.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with good organizational skills.
