**Job Title:** Maintenance Expert

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in general maintenance, handyman tasks, and basic plumbing.

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting house inspections, and utilizing water jet equipment for cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a structured work schedule based on operational needs and handle simple plumbing jobs such as unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and fixing toilet problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning outdoor areas, replacing light bulbs, and door lock batteries
  • Conduct regular house inspections and wall painting
  • Utilize water jet equipment for cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces
  • Undertake minor furniture repairs and reconditioning
  • Handle simple plumbing jobs such as unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and fixing toilet problems
  • Distribute linen, towels, and room supplies efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman tasks, and basic plumbing
  • Able to manage a range of practical tasks efficiently and independently
  • Reliable, proactive, and with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to handle manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Annual Leave: Starting from 12 days per year (increasing with service)

Location: Kampong Bahru
