Your Role

You will provide dedicated support to relationship managers and clients to execute effective and efficient Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

In addition, you will ensure effective governance, controls, and oversight to service KYC obligations for clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Rapidly build and maintain credible relationships with business, clients, operations, and risk stakeholders.
  • Be client-centric in all aspects of your work.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years of experience in KYC/CLM in a financial services or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant collection and verification practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
