We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Lead to manage our technical support team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical support specialists to provide first-level technical assistance;
- Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated cases;
- Promote a high level of customer service excellence among team members;
- Report on potential business impacts;
- Ensure team members take ownership of user problems and address issues proactively;
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of end-user support experience, preferably in desktop or technical service desk environments;
- 5 years of experience leading a technical support team;
- Familiarity with technical support operations;
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable;
