Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at LotusFlare. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement high-impact projects to drive significant improvement in user experience.
  • Prepare deep-dives on business gaps and cases, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Improve operational efficiency by developing and implementing optimization plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Assist in product operations management and performance monitoring, and use customer feedback and research to inform strategies.
  • Work closely with senior management to shape operational processes and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals and key risks and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product, Strategy, and/or Operations, with a strong background in telecom, e-commerce, or fintech.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with demonstrated academic achievement. MBA is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a track record of identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills, with experience working with diverse data sources and performing exploratory analyses.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Startup experience or ex-consulting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong business analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage metrics and drive business growth.
  • Able to take ownership of initiatives and execute on ideas quickly, with a love for working in a startup environment and building things from 0 to 1.
  • Able to work in a remote, distributed team.
