The Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead our Merchant Growth & Insights team, with a focus on Insights and Growth as well as Business Performance Forecasting. This position requires a strategic innovator who can leverage predictive analytics and machine learning to deliver actionable insights for our merchants. The selected candidate will drive initiatives aimed at improving merchant planning through accurate forecasting for staffing, inventory, and marketing. Your goal will be to shift our merchant services from a reactive stance to a proactive one, offering a personalized and predictive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML product management or a related field, ideally within advertising Proven track record of managing products throughout their entire lifecycle: strategy, development, experimentation, launch, optimization, and retirement. Experience in launching a v1 product is advantageous Solid understanding of contemporary machine learning and its components Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages Experience in areas such as Algorithms, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Database Systems, Data Mining, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Networking, Statistics, Game Theory, or rigorous Quantitative Analysis or Systems Software implementation. Lead the formulation of comprehensive strategies to enhance merchant success and derive actionable business insights. Initiate projects that utilize predictive analytics to improve operational and marketing efficiencies. Foster innovation in merchant services by promoting a data-driven, personalized approach to merchant engagement and support. Investigate and incorporate advanced technologies to automate and enhance customer interaction and support processes. Collaborate with various teams to gather merchant insights, influencing the development of predictive tools and customization features. Oversee the complete product development cycle, ensuring that initiatives are transformative and aligned with real-world merchant needs. Establish and track key metrics that reflect the effectiveness and impact of implemented strategies on merchant growth and platform performance.

The Must-Haves

More than 5 years of product management experience, with a robust background in analytics, predictive modeling, and growth strategies. Demonstrated ability to create and implement predictive analytics and machine learning solutions in a commercial context. Proficient in engaging with technical teams and utilizing technologies such as LLMs for practical business applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to convert data into actionable growth strategies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a varied audience.

The Good-to-Haves

Experience in designing and implementing LLMs, particularly for content generation and chatbot support systems. Knowledge of merchant service platforms and the ability to drive product differentiation through personalization and predictive insights. A history of managing and delivering projects that improve user engagement and business performance.
